Our History

Shibam Ventures is a sister concern of Saifi Enterprises. With full dedication and experience Mr. Shabbir Saboowala established Shibam Ventures under the guidance of Mr. Yusuf K Saboowala the founder of Saifi Enterprises and Saifi Waterproofing Co. established in 1975. Saifi was a small trading firm then, it spread it wings in dealing of various waterproofing and building material in the Indian building industry.

Mr. Yusuf K Saboowala started his carrier in early 1950’s, expanding his father’s provision business in the most well known place of Mumbai – Crawford Market. He gave his maximum efforts to make the business reach the top most heights.

Later he diverted himself into the waterproofing and building material line which was a complete new ball game and a difficult challenge for him. He fought all the possible barriers and nothing could stop him to flourish the new line.
